Grab Neck. 8. Fake Low Shoot and Grab Neck. 9. Land a Round Kick; Fake

1. They push your head to break plumm move
to arm entanglement (side-position). 2. Move to Seatbelt Position.
3. Rear Bear Hug (one arm trapped). 4. Seatbelt to Other Side. 5.
Back to Plumm. |
| TRANSITION DRILLS - DRILL TWO |
|
1. From plumm.. they push.. control
biceps (steering wheel). 2. Move to Overhook Position
(control far arm). 3. Move to Underhook position (control
far arm). 4. High Bear Hug (Body View). 5. Opponent
does Double Overhook of your arms and moves to seatbelt. 6. They
move to your back with bear hug (your arms free). 7. Strip
their grip and hip away to face them. |
| TRANSITION DRILLS - DRILL THREE |

1. From Plumm..bend opponent forward.
2. Put them in stocks (both your arms go under their arms and clasp your
hands in the middle of their neck). 3. They counter by
shooting their arms straight down toward the floor. 4. Move
to a chin grab and single arm underhook. 5. Opponent pulls
captured arm down. 6. Use arm entanglement choke. 7.
Move to single choke (one hand on shoulder..the other around neck making
a figure four). 8. Step back and grab neck and jaw with both
hands (i.e. Holding a firehose). |
