	Larry Hartsell/Founder and Chief Instructor Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do Grappling Association has authorized several books on the subject of Jeet Kune Do Grappling. Larry Hartsell states in good faith that the materials covered in the two recent books published by Health 'n' Life Publishing Company/Fiaz Rafiq is not authorized by him, his agents, and therefore infringe the Author's rights. The first best-seller distributed worldwide in July 2002, "Jeet Kune Do Conditioning and Grappling Methods" and the second book "Jeet Kune Do Hardcore Training and Strategies Guide", distributed worldwide in December 2003. Heath 'n' Life Publishing Company/Fiaz Rafiq offers a counterfeit or otherwise unauthorized item that violates the Author's trademark and copyrighted material. Health 'n' Life Publishing Company/Fiaz Rafiq continues to distribute to books stores worldwide and on the internet. Hartsell plans to endorse another best seller this fall and this time ensures that his readers worldwide get the real story.

	An unauthorized biography of "Judo" Gene LeBell, titled "The Toughest Man Alive", is being sold in book stores and on the internet by Health 'n' Life Publishing Company/Fiaz Rafiq. The Black Belt Hall of Fame member says he did not endorse it, nor did he approve it for publication or distribution. Fans who want to get the real scoop on the legendary judo champ/stuntman/pro wrestler will have to wait until he completes Gene LeBell: The Godfather of Grappling, The only Authorized Autobiography.
